Health and Happiness!

Let's do this! We are re-establishing goals and starting up our blog again.
Let us bring you a new healthy meal idea each week.
  • Drink before you eat. No, I am not talking about alcohol...try and drink at least 2 cups of WATER 30 minutes before each meal.  It helps take the edge of appetite and also hydrates your body.
  • Go TOPLESS!  Lose the top slice of bread on burgers, sandwiches to cut carbs & calories.
  • For every meal, first, eat your Protein, then your  fruit & veggies, and then if still hungry eat starches!

Yes, a drive thru does sound good right now but 
controlling your weight sounds SOOO much better!
