- Drink before you eat. No, I am not talking about alcohol...try and drink at least 2 cups of WATER 30 minutes before each meal. It helps take the edge of appetite and also hydrates your body.
- Go TOPLESS! Lose the top slice of bread on burgers, sandwiches to cut carbs & calories.
- For every meal, first, eat your Protein, then your fruit & veggies, and then if still hungry eat starches!
Yes, a drive thru does sound good right now but
controlling your weight sounds SOOO much better!
