Throw all the ingredients listed below into a slow cooker (no particular order). Cook on Low for 8 hours or High for 4 hours. Stir halfway. Serve
with tortilla chips & top with shredded cheese if you like.
1 lb de-boned rotisserie chicken
1 handful chopped fresh cilantro
15 oz whole kernel corn 2 cloves minced garlic
2 cans white northern beans
1 medium chopped onion
4 oz can chopped green chilies
4 oz chicken broth
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 C half & half
3/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
Tupps Tidbits: Any cooked chicken will work for this recipe, we recommend stirring everything right away to cook evenly.1 tsp cumin
We would definitely not skip adding the cheese on top. We sprinkled Fiesta Blend, Reduced Fat Shredded Cheese & dipped WildRoots Red Quinoa Chia Chips. The chips we found at Sam's club. They have great flavor, Gluten-free & Whole Grain. If you like "White Chicken Chili" this recipe is definitely a KEEPER!
